Hi! I'm Ghislaine.
I'm a Graphic Designer turned UX Researcher and aspiring Data Scientist, with over eight years of experience designing products for many industries ranging from Healthcare to SaaS.
I have specialized in an innovation-oriented methodology called Design Thinking at the Hasso-Plattner Institut in Potsdam, and have been applying this methodology to solve and understand complex problems from a human perspective. I am also a co-organizer of the JTBD group in Madrid, where I live, and have shared my knowledge with other professionals through activities and workshops.
I've started my education as a Data Scientist with the intention of obtaining the quantitative and qualitative skills I require to research, interpret, and extract insights so that I can design the right things.
Most recently I've completed a two-week intensive program at The Research and Expertise Centre for Survey Methodology (RECSM) of the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) in Barcelona which helped me enhance my skills in questionnaire design, fieldwork strategies, survey data analysis, studies of social demography, behavioral and experimental studies among others.
